Eliot is a Chartered Structural Engineer and Class 2 Building Design Practitioner, holding Principal Engineer accreditation. He is a member of ACSE NSW, ACRA and the Concrete Institute of Australia.

With a practical and collaborative approach, Eliot combines hands-on expertise with strong engineering theory to deliver high-quality, cost-effective remedial engineering solutions.

Alexis Tracey is the Operations Manager at Sydney Strata Engineers and has been with the company since its establishment. With more than ten years of experience in operations and client management, Alexis is responsible for overseeing the internal operations of the business and ensuring the efficient coordination of projects, systems, and client communications. She plays a key role in supporting the delivery of engineering services by managing operational processes, maintaining strong relationships with clients and strata managers, and ensuring the company operates in a structured and professional manner. Alexis is committed to ensuring Sydney Strata Engineers consistently meets the needs of its clients and delivers services to the highest standards.

Louis is one of SSE's remedial engineers, working across residential strata buildings in Sydney to identify defects and produce clear, buildable scopes that committees can act on and contractors can price with confidence. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and brings a practical, site-informed approach to every project he works on.

Louis also provides guidance and mentorship to undergraduate engineers within the team, assisting them in developing skills in site inspections, engineering documentation, and the preparation of professional reports. Through this support, he helps them transition from academic learning to practical engineering work in a professional environment.

Alvin Fu is a Graduate Remedial Engineer at SSE. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) / Architecture from the University of New South Wales.

At SSE, Alvin undertakes building defect investigations, site inspections, and assists in the preparation of engineering reports for strata and residential buildings. His work focuses on assessing structural and building envelope defects, identifying causation, and contributing to practical remedial strategies for ageing structures.

He also supports and mentors undergraduate engineers within the team, guiding them in site inspection practices, engineering documentation, and the preparation of professional reports to help bridge the transition from academic study to real-world engineering practice.
